All Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please note any product purchased from an overseas vendor is NOT subject to any refund and/or return. No returns will be accepted without our prior written consent. Contact Jade for a RA number. Past due invoices are subject to one 1.5% monthly late fee. Any goods that are ordered incorrectly by the customer and returned, will incur a 25% restocking fee. If a collection action is to be taken against the account, the customer is responsible for all associated collections fees.

Cancellation Policy Orders for stocked items can be canceled at any time prior to shipping. Cancellation for non-stocked items and special order items are subject to Jade Scientific approval and a minimum 25% restocking fee at our discretion. The following items are non-cancellable or returnable: Chemicals, Reagents, Diagnostics, Sterile products, Prefilled containers, Controlled or Hazmat products, PPE (Personal protective equipment), Custom ordered items.
